LAUDER CENTER Stands with Israel: Israel Resilience Campaign Activity

 

·       Shield for Occupation” Program: Working alongside Regional Councils and Municipalities to assist evacuees from the Negev and Galilee through a 3-month program to help them regain control over their lives, improve their financial situation, manager routines, and maintain stability. The program will continue at their former residences once they return.

·       “First Aid for Employment” program: supporting evacuees with immediate employment in their new, temporary homes

·       “Small Business Aid” program: supporting small businesses who are suffering in the aftermath of the October 7 attacks

·       Ongoing building and developing relationships with employers to connect them with job seekers through Conferences, spotlight days, job fairs and other activities

·       "From Battlefield to Career" program help students who had reserve duty to find their way back to the employment field and identify their strengths

·       Aiding evacuees by putting them back to work in evacuated communities and giving them the sense of home in the Galil is for them

 

LAUDER CENTER Everyday Work

 

The Lauder Center offers comprehensive career services, guidance, and resources to students and alumni of area universities, as well as to assist businesses throughout the Galilee to find qualified employees.

 

Funding Opportunities

FIRST AID PROGRAM FOR SMALL BUSINESSES: $10,000

A series of 3 workshops working with small business owners to better understand what they can do in times of crisis.

ADOPT AN IDF SOLDIER - STUDENT: $1,800

A series of 3 workshops to help students whom were in reserves duty to identify their strengths and help them find employment.


EMPLOYERS' BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: $25,000

 

Building a network of employers through conferences, meetups and helping them to strengthen their work while providing positions.

 

PUTTING AN EVACUATED COMMUNITY BACK TO WORK: $30,000

 

Aiding the population that was evacuated and giving them the sense of home the Galil is for them.
