For decades, Jewish National Fund-USA has been dedicated to strengthening Israel's frontier communities in the North and South. At the heart of this mission is our partnership with MAKOM, a powerful grassroots movement of more than 300 communities and 20,000 volunteers. MAKOM is Israel's largest volunteer-based organization, uniting community organizers from across the spectrum of Israeli society. Together, they exchange knowledge, collaborate, and crete solutions tailored to the needs of each unique town and village.

As Israel has faced unprecedented challenges since October 7, MAKOM volunteers have been on the ground, delivering urgent relife, resilience programs, and a sense of hope to devastated communities. These volunteers are the backbone of Israel's recovery and renewal.
