NEW YORK: March 18, 2025 — Yad Beyad Beyachad – Hand in Hand Together, will be the theme of this year’s 73rd Annual Israel Folk Dance Festival and Festival of the Arts, taking place on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the Gerald W. Lynch Theater, John Jay College, New York, NY.
The festival will feature multiple generations of dancers, musicians, and singers from across the United States, Canada, South America, and Israel. Every year, the festival performers share the diverse styles and moods that make up Israel’s evolving folk culture in an inspiring and uplifting stage production. Attendees are welcome to join in community Israeli folk dancing for all ages prior to the show, from 12:30 pm.
Presented by the Israeli Dance Institute in collaboration with Jewish National Fund-USA and supported by the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, The New York Board of Rabbis, and the Harkness Foundation for Dance, the annual event has become a beloved highlight of the communal calendar.
