Hundreds to Unite in Solidarity at Jewish National Fund-USA’s Annual Breakfast for Israel
MILWAUKEE, Wis., March 15, 2024 — Hundreds of local community members will unite in solidarity with the people of Israel on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 8 am, at Jewish National Fund-USA’s annual Breakfast for Israel in Milwaukee.
Chaired by philanthropists Diane & Eric Zall, the annual complimentary community event will feature keynote speaker Shahar Azani, a veteran Israeli diplomat who now leads the fight for Israel in the international mainstream news arena as Senior Vice President at Jewish Broadcasting Services. At the Breakfast, Azani will discuss current affairs, what a post-October 7 world looks like in Israel, and where we go from here.

Additional speakers will discuss Jewish National Fund-USA’s Israel Resilience Campaign (jnf.org/supportisrael) and the organization’s on-the-ground efforts providing immediate aid and support to tens of thousands of displaced Israeli families, including evacuations, housing, food, clothing, education, trauma therapy, donating firefighting and protective equipment for civil defense, facilitating volunteer services, and more.
The campaign also includes the Livnot B'Yachad - Build Together plan, featuring a bold, strategic initiative to restore the Israel Envelope by rebuilding communities and accommodating long-term security needs, economic and housing development, physical and mental health resources, and resilience efforts.
