It’s a new year, a chance to reset your focus and live with intention in the year to come. Join JNFuture for a guided meditation with Laurasia Mattingly, learn how Jewish National Fund sets its intentions for the year and how you can too.

After years of exploring her own spirituality, Laurasia has found her passion lies in teaching people to live by the way of the heart. Having previously suffered from debilitating anxiety, meditation and mindfulness taught her to move from the mind and into the heart. Laurasia shares from her own experience and guides her students by sharing the tools to finding peace, joy, and ultimately happiness in the present moment. She remains committed to her practice by pursuing additional education through the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center's MAPs courses, and attending silent retreats annually at Spirit Rock. Laurasia has led meditation at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Lightning In A Bottle Festival and collaborated on events with the Moet & Chandon, Michelob Ultra, Scooter Braun Productions, Nike, and Soho House to name a few. Laurasia is also an ambassador for Lululemon. You can catch her classes locally at the DEN Meditation in Los Angeles. Read more about her at
