As Jewish National Fund’s Chief Israel Emissary, Talia Tzour-Avner
fosters a close connection between the American Jewish community,
the Israeli people, and JNF operations. A trained cook and proud
Jerusalemite, Talia will share her Israeli cuisine expertise with us and
give an inside look at the upcoming JNF International Culinary Institute. This groundbreaking initiative will be directed by
renowned Chef and Spice Master Lior Lev Sercarz and bring the entire Israeli northern
region to life through food, agriculture, employment, education, and tourism.

Foods, a Philadelphia-based company providing personal chef
services and culinary education. Lindsay has over 35 years of
