Joshua Greenstein is a fifth-generation wine industry expert. His career experience has spanned diverse areas of the industry, as both a supplier and distributor. As Executive Vice President of the Israel Wine Producers of America, Greenstein acts as the voice of the Israeli wine industry in America. Traveling throughout the U.S., he educates consumers on the quality that Israeli wines offer, many of which are award-winning and highly rated within the international wine community.

Lior Lev Sercarz is the chef, spice blender, and owner of La Boîte, a biscuits and spice shop in New York City. Sercarz and La Boîte have been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, In Style Magazine, Every Day with Rachael Ray, Food & Wine Magazine, and the SAVEUR 100. Since the start of his career, he has worked closely with chefs from around the world. In 2012, he produced a cookbook entitled, The Art of Blending, and his second book, The Spice Companion, was published in 2016.
