He rose to international fame when he won the hit reality TV series Survivor: Africa, a victory he attributes to his strong Jewish values. Prior to his television career, Mr. Zohn played professional soccer in Hawaii, Cape Cod, and Zimbabwe, and co-founded Grassroot Soccer, a non-profit that combats HIV/AIDS in developing countries. Mr. Zohn has written a series of children’s books about exploring world cultures through soccer and now serves as a spokesperson for pro-Israel and cancer research organizations across the county.
