Lior Lev Sercarz is the owner of La Boîte, a biscuits and spice shop in New York City. Sercarz and La Boîte have been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, In Style Magazine, Every Day with Rachael Ray, Food & Wine Magazine, and the SAVEUR 100. Since the start of his career, he has worked closely with chefs from around the world. Lior has produced two cookbooks, The Art of Blending, and The Spice Companion.
