He spent nearly five years at the New York Post, where he was travel, home, and design editor, as well as editor in chief of Alexa, the Post’s lifestyle publication. Kaufman is also a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and on the board of trustees at the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art.
